Internal Provision Supervisor – London
Are you an experienced education professional looking for a rewarding opportunity to support students in a school setting? Do you have a passion for working with young people and helping them reach their full potential? Are you an aspiring teacher taking your first steps in Education?
An Ofsted rated 'Good' school in London is seeking an Internal Provision Supervisor to oversee and support students within its internal provision. This role involves working with pupils who require additional support with their learning, helping them to stay engaged and progress academically. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a positive and structured learning environment.
Role Overview:
  • Supervising and supporting students within the internal provision, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment.
  • Working with pupils who may have additional needs, including SEND, SEMH, or behavioural challenges.
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons and activities, maintaining engagement and motivation.
  • Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teaching staff and pastoral teams.
  • Supporting the school’s behaviour and inclusion policies, promoting positive outcomes for students.
Person Specification:
  • Previous experience working in a school setting, ideally within SEN, pastoral support, or behaviour management.
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
  • The ability to manage groups of students effectively, maintaining a structured and supportive atmosphere.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and empathetic approach to working with young people.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £110.00-£130.00 per day
