Are you looking to join and OFSTED rated Outstanding school in Central London as a KS1 Teacher? 

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our team.

As an Year 2 Primary School Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and futures of our young students. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits.

The school are particularly interested if you are an experienced teacher that could potentially be looking to join their team for the new academic year, but they are also very open to ECTs who are looking to establish a career in education and have an amazing track record of supporting ECT's through their first few years in school, led by an inspiring executive headteacher.

Duties:
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum in year 2 
- Use effective teaching strategies to educate students in various subjects
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Manage student behaviour and maintain discipline in accordance with school policies
- Provide individualized attention and support to students with diverse learning needs
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and assignments
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student performance and progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- QTS, ECT or PGCE Qualification
- Valid teaching certification/license
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children preferred
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and behavior
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching
