Person Specification:
✅ Qualifications: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) required.
✅ Experience: Prior experience in Key Stage 2 (desirable but not essential for ECTs).
✅ Skills: Strong classroom management, excellent communication, and the ability to inspire and motivate pupils.
✅ Personal Attributes: Passionate about education, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional development.
