About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join our friendly and supportive primary school in Bexley. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and passionate educator to inspire and nurture children in Key Stage 2, fostering a love for learning and ensuring every child reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the academic and personal development of pupils.
  • Assess, track, and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support the holistic development of each child.
  • Maintain high expectations of behaviour, promoting a positive and respectful classroom culture.
  • Take an active role in school life, including extra-curricular activities and school events.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in KS2.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate pupils.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and reflective approach to professional development.
  • An understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
  • Experience working with SEN pupils
