Subject Specialist Teaching Assistant (English, Maths & Science) – Graduate Opportunity
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic and supportive school environment. This role is ideal for a graduate with a strong academic background in English, Maths, or Science, looking to gain invaluable experience in education.
The Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support students in their learning, providing tailored assistance in their specialist subject. Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.
  • Providing one-to-one and small-group support to students.
  • Helping to assess student progress and adapting support accordingly.
  • Supporting classroom management and student engagement.
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
The school is seeking a graduate who is enthusiastic about their subject and committed to helping students achieve their potential. The ideal candidate will have:
  • A degree in English, Maths, or Science (or a closely related field).
