Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Geography Teacher to join a well-established school in London. This role will initially be on a long-term & daily supply basis, starting ASAP, with the potential for a permanent role in the future.
We are looking for a highly motivated teacher who is able to inspire and engage students in Geography at Key Stage 3 and 4 levels. You will be responsible for delivering dynamic lessons that encourage students to develop a love for Geography and foster their academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective Geography lessons to students in Key Stage 3 and 4
  • Ensure the curriculum is delivered in accordance with the school’s standards and guidelines
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to students and parents
  • Support the development of students' understanding of geographical concepts and skills
  • Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the department
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • A degree in Geography or a related subject
  • Experience teaching Geography at secondary level (Key Stage 3 & 4)
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for Geography and teaching
  • Ability to engage and motivate students to achieve their best
