An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Teacher of History and Religious Education to join a thriving secondary school in Enfield, London. The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality History and Religious Education lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach at Key Stage 5. They will inspire students to develop critical thinking, a deep understanding of historical events, and an appreciation for religious and philosophical perspectives.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Be a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a strong subject knowledge in both History and Religious Education.
  • Have a passion for teaching and the ability to motivate and challenge students.
  • Be committed to inclusive education, ensuring all students are given the opportunity to succeed.
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive department and contribute to the wider school community.
