About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated Welfare Assistant to join a supportive Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in London. This role involves providing essential care and support to children with a range of complex needs, ensuring their wellbeing and enabling them to thrive in a nurturing educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and assistance to pupils with SEN.
- Support the emotional and physical wellbeing of students.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and parents.
- Implement care plans and behaviour management strategies.
- Encourage and support pupils in their learning and social interactions.
Person Specification:- Experience working with children, especially those with SEN, is desirable.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting children’s development.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of safeguarding practices.
- Willingness to undertake relevant training.

Schedule:- Monday to Friday
