Are you a Qualified Teacher with experience in SEND teaching?

Create Education are currently looking for qualified, experienced and passionate SEN Teachers to work with pupils with ASD, PMLD or other SEND needs in a specialist SEND school based in Sunbury-On-Thames. The school has outstanding provisions and facilities to cater for the students needs.

This is a primary SLD school that teaches children from EYFS-KS2 with a wide range of additional needs. The school is fully kitted out with excellent facilities to support the pupils sensory needs, including various sensory rooms, soft play and a swimming pool.

The school are currently urgently looking for a SEND Teacher who have experience teaching in SEND schools.

Job Description – SEN Teacher – ASD and Complex Needs – Sunbury-On-Thames – ASAP Start

• ASAP Start
• KS2 Complex Needs Class (4 children, 6 staff)
• Up to M6 Pay scale.
• Working with a variety of needs that include ASD, PMLD and Complex Needs.
• Full Class Teacher responsibilities.
• Able to commute to Sunbury-on-thames

Person Specification – SEN Teacher – ASD and Complex Needs – Sunbury-On-Thames – ASAP Start

• UK QTS essential
• At least 1 year experience teaching in an SEN school
• Comfortable with challenging behaviour and complex needs
• Understanding of TEACCH frameworks (desirable)
