Position: Early Years Practitioner (Full-Time)
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant team at a welcoming primary school in the heart of Kensington & Chelsea. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to make a meaningful impact on the learning journey of young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Support children’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to assess and monitor children's progress.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers, fostering strong communication and trust.
  • Uphold safeguarding procedures and promote the welfare of all children.
What We’re Looking For
  • Qualifications: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification (or equivalent). Level 2 also considered.
  • Experience: Proven experience working within an early years setting, ideally in a school environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for early years education and child development.
  • Commitment: Dedication to maintaining high standards of care and education.
