Our Role as a Primary Teaching Assistant: As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping children thrive. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
- Encouraging and supporting students with their learning.
- Helping to create a fun and engaging environment.
- Providing one-on-one or small group support where needed.
- Supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) when required.
- Building positive relationships with students and staff.
What We’re Looking For We’re looking for friendly and dedicated individuals who:- Have experience working with children (either in a school setting or other relevant roles).
- Are adaptable and flexible, ready to take on different challenges.
- Have a positive and patient attitude to help children succeed.
- Are eager to learn and develop their skills in a school environment.
- Hold a relevant qualification (preferred but not essential).

To get started, you’ll need:- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
- The right to work in the UK.
- Two satisfactory references covering the last 24 months.
- A full work history from when you left compulsory education.
- Engaged and committed to our registrartion and compliance process
