Graduate Teaching Assistant – Primary School

The Role:
- Supporting students across the primary age range in both class and small group settings.
- Assisting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including SEMH, ASD, and ADHD.
- Working closely with teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Providing 1:1 support where necessary to help children reach their full potential.
- A school rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, with:
✅ A strong commitment to pupil well-being and development.
✅ Enthusiastic and well-behaved students who are eager to learn.
✅ A supportive leadership team dedicated to staff development. - Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Experience in an environment that values neurodiversity and inclusive education.
- Psychology graduates or individuals with a keen interest in child development and neurodiversity.
- Previous experience working with children, particularly those with SEN, SEMH, ASD, or ADHD, is highly advantageous.
- A proactive, patient, and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning.
- A desire to make a real impact on young learners’ educational journeys.
