If so, Create are working with a school in Bromley who are looking to recruit an SEN TA with school experience working with needs such as ASD, SEMH and challenging behaviour!

About the role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will connect directly with the brilliant pupils that we care for, helping to make sure they get the very best from their education. Each individual has a diagnosis of Autism and may have additional needs. They have so much potential, and they will rely on you to guide their learning journeys bespoke to them.

Job Description - SEN Teaching Assistant
- Your role will involve providing tailored assistance and support to students with profound and multiple learning difficulties as well as those with complex needs.
- Working closely in a KS2 class
- Working with various types of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and challenging behaviour
- Start Date: September 2024

Personal Specification – SEN Teaching Assistant
- Recent graduate in any discipline; graduates in Psychology, Sociology, and Criminology are particularly encouraged to apply.
- While experience in a similar role is advantageous, candidates with relevant qualifications or a strong interest in SEN are encouraged to apply.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and empathetic.
- Passionate and dedicated to making an impact.
